1911 Census living at 137 Coton Road, Chilvers Coton with his widowed father, Joe and siblings Ann, William, Walter, Charles, Lucy and Sarah. Also a boarder, George Hall. his father, brothers William and Charles were all employed as Coal Miners, brother Walter as Warehouse Hand.
