Died of meningitis in QM Auxiliary Hospital, Isleworth on 22nd February 1919 aged 26. She had been taken ill in Boulogne where she had served all of her time in the war effort.

• Awarded British War and Victory Medals.
• Daughter of Reverend Arthur Worsley Smyth and his wife Marie. Rev Smyth was the Vicar of Monks Kirby 1915-1923
