Ansty World War 2 War Memorial

Ansty was home to Ansty Aerodrome from 1936 to 1953 and
was mainly an RAF Training Station. The memorial was unveiled in 2014 and states:

In Memory of The  6 Airmen of 9 EFTS Anstry Aerodrome
Who Died Over Ansty During WW2
Rest in Peace at Ansty Church
