• His parents were George, a farm labourer, and Elizabeth
• 1911 Arthur was employed as an auxiliary postman
• 1921 Employed as a postman, living in Anstey, Coventry
• Had a son, Arthur George, born in 1913 at Ansley
• 1910 Married Ada Newett
• Returned to Ansty after the war
• Died 1952 Nuneaton
