The following men gave their lives during the First World War. They were either born, lived or worked in the Nuneaton and North Warwickshire area covered by NNWFHS but they do not seem to be listed on any of the war memorials, plaques etc in our area. Nor can they be found in the CWGC graves in our area that have so far been transcribed.
If you can help us track down any of these men, please do get in touch with us.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
