War Memorials – Great Packington

The church in Great Packington is private. There is a memorial plaque inside the church of Great Packington and the inscription reads as follows:

In Pious Memory of the men
of Great Packington who
Gave Their Lives in the Service of their Country in the
Great War 1914-18

Six men died in WWI and a further twenty-three served and are on a Roll of Honour.

There is a plaque in memory of Heneage Michael Charles 9th Earl of Aylesford who was killed in action during WWII. A further eighteen men also served 1939-1945.
